We ask that all new starters are fully vaccinated including kennel cough prior to enrolling at Day Care. We also ask that you wait for two weeks after your dog's kennel cough before attending day care.
We ask that all male dogs who are of age are neutered. Females don't have to be spayed but we ask that all females have at least 3 weeks off when they're in season.
No. We suggest that puppies on full days bring their lunch in a labelled container until they turn one and after that lunch tends to be unnecessary.
At the start of your dog's taster session we will have a chat about your dogs, his/her needs, personality traits, training and anything else we need to know to make settling in at day care simple. We will also take your dog's vet details, chip number, insurance details, vaccination proof and last flea and worm treatment date (please have all of this information handy!). After this, we ask that you leave your dog with us so we can gradually introduce him/her to the pack. We will always try to get pictures and videos of your dog during a taster session so you can have peace of mind!
We are open 7AM -6PM Mon - Fri. and 10AM -4PM on a Saturday. As it is a daily rate you can drop your dog off for the full day or alternatively for a couple of hours there is that flexibility available. So that your dog gets the most out of their session, we recommend drop offs before 9.30am as we start all of our walks and activities at this time.
Yes, we always aim to split the dogs up into smaller play groups according to their breed, size, activity levels etc.
We ask that all dogs do a minimum of one full day or two half days per week and we encourage sticking to the same days on a weekly basis. This makes it easier for your dog to integrate with their packmates and feel settled in their routine. However, we understand for shift workers this is not always feasible and ask that you book sessions on a Friday morning at the latest for the following week.
Yes, a discount to £18.00 per day is offered for a second or third dog.
